1. Company information

For purchases made on this website, WP Media Nordic AB, with organization number 556756-2382, is responsible. For information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.

2. Price

Alla priser anges i svenska kronor och innehåller mervärdesskatt och övriga avgifter(om det inte är markerad exklusive moms pris). Totalkostnaden för köpet kommer att framkomma tydligt innan slutlig beställning och kommer att inkludera samtliga kostnader förenade med köpet, inklusive eventuella porto- och fraktkostnader.

3. Delivery

Usually a confirmation email will be sent after the order has been received. This applies when purchasing domain addresses, web hosting or booking consulting services. The customer is then contacted to complete their order.

4. Freight

Our products are digital and thus no shipping costs are added.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a domain address or web hosting, this must be done within 24 hours of receiving the order for a full refund.
When canceling consulting services, this must be communicated via email to support@wpmedia.se, no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
If no notification is given, one is not entitled to a refund.

6. Complaints

If there is an error with the product, you can contact us directly via support@wpmedia.se.

7. Garanti

Vi håller vår nöjd-kund-garanti när det gäller att hjälpa vår kunder att komma igång, men även underhålla sina WordPress hemsidor. Under hela perioden vi hjälper och supportar deras webbplatser.

9. Payment

We require payment for our services from the time an order is placed.

10. Card information

When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Stripe, which is a Swedish secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always sent encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card networks' regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.

11. Personuppgifter och GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).

We are the personal data controller for the data collected and have entered into personal data processing agreements with our subcontractors. Below you can see which subcontractors we use and for what purpose we use them.

StripePaymentsWe use Stripe for processing payments, refunds and for payment-related support issues. The information you enter when ordering and paying: card details are sent encrypted to Stripe.
WP EngineWeb hostingWe use WP Engine for our server management.
